NeuroNexus: Where Research, Experience and Technology Meet

NeuroNexus: Where Research, Experience and Technology Meet

A half-day event on neurotechnology and brain health, for the people across the UK who research it, use it, care about it and build it.

Why NeuroNexus?

Neurotechnology for brain health is moving quickly, from digital cognitive assessments to wearables and monitoring tools. But what do we actually know about them, what is coming next, and what are they like to use in everyday life?

NeuroNexus is a relaxed, practical half-day built around these three questions.

What to expect

A map of who is here.
When you arrive, you’ll place yourself on a large map of the UK. Over lunch, you’ll sit with, a mix of researchers, carers, clinicians, community groups and those who work in neurotechnology companies, and explore who is working where. By the end of the day, the map will be filled in with what already exists in different parts of the country, what is missing and what people would like to see next.

Talks that make sense to everyon
A keynote on neurotechnology from lab to real-world use, followed by short research talks across conditions across topics such as neurotechnology in care, biomarkers, dementia and beyond. Plain language, no jargon, and plenty of time for questions.

Meet the innovators
Hear from people working in neurotechnology about what they are building, how it is going and what they are planning next, in short, relaxed interviews. Each will share what they are looking for, and you will have the chance to offer an introduction, advice or a collaboration.

Time to talk
A relaxed break over tea and coffee, with time to continue conversations from lunch, meet the speakers and explore the map of who is where.

Your say
Take part in table discussions and help build a picture of brain health technology across the UK.
